Operations and  Service  Planning

Picture
Operations and Service planning cannot start too early in the process.  The product requirements will have manufacturing and service sections with specific requirements.  The sooner that operations and service are involved in the development process, the better.  However, with early stage companies, there may not be an experienced operations or service person on-board.

We will provide operational expertise during the early stages of development until such time as a full time operations lead is established.  Our operations experience spans both instrument and reagent based products with both in-house and outsourced manufacturing scenarios.

We have real world service experience with both internal and 3rd party service organizations.  Starting with Design for Service to ensure that service needs are designed into the product and following through to the development and implementation of the service strategy.
